Additional safety measures

New procedure for aircraft cleaning

According to recommendations of EASA, WHO, ICAO and IATA, we have adapted specific cleaning procedures for safeguarding the health of the passengers, operating crew and all employees that are involved in the operational activities. The aircraft cabin is cleaned with the use of disinfectant liquid and materials. Caution is given to passenger seats, seat belts, arm rests, trays, galleys and toilets.

At each airport there are additional measures implemented by the Airport operator i.e. information to passengers, thermal cameras, points with hygiene liquids, airport toilets hygiene etc.

Protect yourself

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the European Centre for Disease Protection and Control (ECDC) provided passengers with an overview of the air travel experience. These summarise the most important elements from the passenger perspective of the EASA/ECDC operational guidelines. The guidelines place paramount importance on health safety at every stage of the end-to-end passenger journey. Their aim is to achieve safety, clarity and harmonisation in the travel experience across Europe.

The guidelines are available here.
