  • Ancillaries

    You can add sporting equipment to your booking for an extra fee. Each item can weigh up to 32 kg. if any side is over 170 cm, the item needs to be booked through our Call Centre. Items over 200 cm have an additional €75 handling charge.

    What’s included as sporting equipment

    Golf clubs, bicycles, skis, snowboards, fishing or diving gear, and sports rackets or sticks. Similar items may also be accepted.

  • Musical Instruments

    Small instruments may replace the 10 kg cabin bag. Larger instruments on board require an extra seat. In hold, items count toward free allowance; hard case + limited release; ≤ 32 kg.

    Handling & documentation
    • Requests to transport weapons or ammunition must be submitted exclusively through our Call Center. All approvals are subject to applicable laws and regulations, as many countries permit the carriage of weapons only for official service weapons.
    • To ensure sufficient time for security and ground operations clearance – particularly during weekends – passengers must submit any request to carry a weapon no later than 48 hours before departure.
