- Is Business Class available on all Cyprus Airways flights?
No. Cyprus Airways operates multiple cabin configurations across its A220 and A320 fleet. Some aircraft are configured with all-Economy seating and do not have a Business Class cabin. Business Class availability depends on the route, schedule, and aircraft assigned. Confirm availability when booking or contact our Customer Contact Centre.
- What is the difference between Business Class on the A220 and A320?
Both aircraft offer a 2–2 recliner layout in Business Class. The A220 features a dedicated forward cabin with wider seats and panoramic windows. The A320 uses curtain separation between Business and Economy. The core Business Flex benefits — baggage, priority services, lounge access, complimentary dining — are the same on both aircraft.
- Can I upgrade at the airport?
Airport upgrades may be possible subject to availability. Contact our ground staff at the check-in desk to inquire. For the best chance of securing a Business Class seat, we recommend booking or upgrading in advance through our Customer Contact Centre.
- What baggage do I get with Business Class?
Business Flex includes a personal item (5 kg), a cabin bag (15 kg, vs 10 kg in Economy), and 2 checked bags at 32 kg each (up to 203 cm total dimensions per bag). That's 64 kg of checked luggage compared to 23 kg with Economy Flex or none with Economy Basic. See our Baggage page for full details.
- Is Business Flex refundable?
Yes. Business Flex tickets are fully refundable. Changes are free (fare difference applies). No-show bookings are not eligible for changes or refunds. See our Fare Types page for full terms.
- Do children get Business Class benefits?
Children travelling on a Business Flex ticket receive the same benefits as adult passengers, including baggage allowance, priority services, and complimentary dining. Infants under 2 on a parent's lap receive a personal item (5 kg), a stroller (free), and a checked bag (15 kg) when travelling with a Business Flex ticket holder.
- Is Business Class available on codeshare flights?
For flights operated by a partner airline under a Cyprus Airways codeshare, the operating airline's cabin product and service standards apply. Business Class features, seat types, and benefits may differ. Please check with the operating carrier for details.
- What is the Speed Service?
On selected shorter routes such as Tel Aviv and Beirut, Business Class passengers receive the Speed Service — a curated box of local Cypriot treats including nuts, dried fruits, and traditional sweets like loukoumi and pastellaki. It's designed to offer regional flavours in a convenient format suited to shorter flight times.
