Every passenger receives a snack, choice of instant coffee or black tea, and mineral water — complimentary on all Cyprus Airways flights.

A selection of additional snacks and beverages is available for purchase on all flights. We accept credit cards and Euro (EUR) cash.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol is served exclusively to passengers aged 18 years or older. Only beverages purchased or served onboard may be consumed.

Allergen & Dietary Information
Important: Cyprus Airways cannot guarantee nut-free or allergen-free flights. Passengers must take all necessary medical precautions.

Crew will not make allergen announcements; however, upon request they may ask nearby passengers to avoid certain foods.

Allergens that may be present in onboard meal ingredients:
- Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut)
- Crustaceans
- Eggs
- Fish
- Peanuts
- Soybeans
- Milk (including lactose)
- Tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia)
- Celery
- Mustard
- Sesame
- Sulphites (>10 mg/kg)
- Lupins
- Molluscs
Refund & Changes Policy

For voluntary changes or cancellations, the service is non-refundable. For involuntary changes or cancellations, the service moves to the new date.

If the pre-ordered meal was not provided, email callcenter@cyprusairways.com within 1 month to receive a refund to the same payment card.
Terms & Conditions

1.1 The in-flight meal pre-order service is available via the Cyprus Airways website, Call Centre or approved travel agencies.

1.2 Service available up to 72 hours before scheduled departure.

1.3 Payment applies per flight segment.

1.4 One pre-order service per passenger per flight.

1.5 Service available only on flights operated by Cyprus Airways.

1.6 Service not available for infants.

1.7 Meal composition may vary depending on route and season.

1.8 Cyprus Airways is not liable for allergens present in meals.

Add your meal during booking on cyprusairways.com, or anytime up to 72 hours before departure through Manage My Booking . You can also order by calling our Call Centre.

Payment is charged per flight segment by credit card. The meal service is available on Cyprus Airways operated flights only and is not available for infants.
