  • July 2026 PARTNERSHIP Cyprus Airways and Air France signed codeshare agreement for flights between Larnaca and Paris

    Larnaca, 20th July 2026 - Cyprus Airways and Air France announced a codeshare agreement covering flights between Paris - Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Larnaca (LCA), with up to 6 weekly flights during the summer season, further expanding travel options between France and Cyprus.

    As of 7 July 2026, the agreement has been in effect and flight numbers of both carriers are now reflected on the Cyprus Airways operated flights between Larnaca and Paris – Charles de Gaulle.

    Through this agreement, Air France and Cyprus Airways aim to provide enhanced connectivity through Air France’s extensive network, offering seamless connections via Paris throughout the year. Paris Charles de Gaulle is the main hub of Air France’s operations and one of the world’s largest connecting hubs.

Through this cooperation, our customers will benefit from an expanded travel offer between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Larnaca, with up to six flights per week during the summer peak season, as well as seamless connections via our Paris-Charles de Gaulle hub to Air France’s extensive network. This partnership reflects our commitment to offering customers greater choice, convenience, and service quality, while further reinforcing our presence to and from the market by offering connection opportunities through our Paris-Charles de Gaulle hub.”

    The specific flights are operated with Airbus A220, the most modern aircraft in the Cyprus Airways fleet, offering a higher quality travel experience and featuring a dedicated Business Class cabin.

    In addition to the codeshare, Air France and Cyprus Airways have also entered into an interline agreement on the following routes:

    Cyprus Airways operated flights:

    • between Larnaca (LCA) and Milan Malpensa (MXP)
    • between Larnaca (LCA) and Athens (ATH)

    Air France operated flights:

    • between Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Milan Malpensa (MXP)
    • between Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Athens (ATH)

    This agreement provides passengers with additional travel options between Paris and Larnaca, via Athens or Milan. Flights are available for sale through the usual distribution channels of both carriers, including travel agencies worldwide.

  • May 2026 PARTNERSHIP Cyprus Airways and flydubai announce interline partnership to expand global connectivity

    Larnaca, 22 May 2026

    Cyprus Airways and flydubai, the Dubai-based airline, have announced the launch of a new interline agreement, designed to enhance international connectivity and provide passengers with seamless access to an expanded network of destinations across the Middle East and the GCC, Asia and Africa.

    The partnership enables customers to travel on a single itinerary with coordinated baggage handling and streamlined transfers via Dubai International (DXB), one of the world’s leading aviation hubs.

    Under the agreement, passengers travelling with Cyprus Airways from Larnaca will gain convenient one-stop access via Dubai to a broad range of flydubai destinations, including Almaty (ALA), Colombo (CMB), Dhaka (DAC), Jeddah (JED), Krabi (KBV), Kathmandu (KTM), Kuwait (KWI), Langkawi (LGK), Muscat (MCT), Medina (MED), Malé (MLE), Astana (NQZ), Penang (PEN) and Riyadh (RUH).

    The agreement significantly strengthens connectivity options for travellers departing from Cyprus, offering efficient onward connections through Dubai to key business and leisure destinations across flydubai’s growing network. At the same time, flydubai customers will benefit from enhanced access to Cyprus through Cyprus Airways’ operations to Larnaca, supporting tourism, trade and business travel between Cyprus and multiple international markets.

    Commenting on the agreement, Cyprus Airways Chief Executive Officer Thanos Pascalis said: “This partnership with flydubai represents an important step in Cyprus Airways’ strategic development and reinforces our commitment to expanding connectivity for our passengers.     The interline agreement is now in effect, with bookings available through the respective sales channels and authorised travel partners of both airlines.

    Cyprus Airways, the flag carrier of Cyprus, has become a member of the European Regions Airline Association (ERA), joining over 55 airline members and 220 businesses across the European aviation ecosystem.

    The membership strengthens Cyprus Airways' position within European regional aviation and supports the airline's commitment to connectivity, sustainability and industry collaboration. As an ERA member, Cyprus Airways joins a community of carriers and industry partners working to promote the interests of regional air transport across Europe.

    The announcement coincides with Cyprus's Presidency of the Council of the EU, which the airline sees as an opportunity to champion the connectivity challenges faced by island nations and remote regions whose voices are often overshadowed in European mobility debates.

    Cyprus Airways currently operates a growing network from Larnaca International Airport to destinations across Greece, Italy, France, Spain, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Israel, Lebanon and the UAE, with a fleet of Airbus A220 and A320 aircraft. The airline employs over 150 professionals and carries more than 400,000 passengers annually.

    ERA's Regional Airline Conference will take place in Belgrade on 11–12 March 2026, where Cyprus Airways will participate alongside member airlines and industry partners.
