Payments, seat releases & ticketing
Deposits
| 10 - 30 passengers | No deposit required. |
| 31 - 50 passengers | 10% deposit within 15 days of contract signing. |
| 51 - 100 passengers | 25% deposit within 15 days of contract signing. |

Full Payment
| If the first departure date is 30 days or less from the date of signature. | Full payment at the time of signature |

Ticketing

Changes, name handling & refunds
Date changes
- Before ticketing: permitted, no penalty (subject to availability).
Name changes
- Before ticket issuance: permitted.
- After ticket issuance: €50 fee.
- Refund policy (group cancellations & no-show)
