How to apply for Ticketing Authority (BSP)

Steps

BSP travel agencies should follow the steps below. Cyprus Airways may grant or revoke authority at its discretion if policies are not met.

  • Download, fill, and save the BSP Agent Profile (DOCX) .
  • Email sales@cyprusairways.com with:
    • Subject: Request for Ticketing Authority – BSP Country Code
    • Body: BSP Country, Agency Name, IATA Number
    • Attachments: Completed BSP Agent Profile, IATA accreditation certificate, valid bank guarantee/financial security, Certificate of Incorporation.

If reinstated from IATA default

Submit on agency letterhead and include IATA’s reinstatement letter, a bank letter explaining any technical error, or other evidence of innocence or settlement.
