Power & Charging

Stay powered throughout your journey using the USB-A charging ports available on most of our aircraft. Simply plug in your personal device — phone, tablet, or e-reader — using your own cable, and charge directly from the aircraft's power supply.

Important Safety Notice

Using personal power banks to charge devices during the flight is not permitted
Charging power banks from the aircraft's USB ports is not permitted
Power banks must remain switched off and stored in the seat pocket, under the seat, or on your person — not in the overhead bins

Pre-ordering meals — how it works
Pre-ordered meals are available on all Cyprus Airways operated flights. You can order during booking, via Manage My Booking, through our Contact Centre, or through your travel agent.

Key details:
- Available up to 72 hours before departure
- One meal per person, per flight (payment per segment)
- Complimentary non-alcoholic drink included with every meal
- Not available for infants

Special dietary requirements

If you have specific dietary needs, please request your meal in advance through our Contact Centre. Availability may vary by route.

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences, Cyprus Airways cannot guarantee that meals are free from specific allergens. Please inform our crew of any severe allergies at the time of boarding.
How AirFi wireless entertainment works
AirFi© is a wireless entertainment system that streams content to your personal device (phone, tablet, or laptop) via a local Wi-Fi connection on the aircraft.

To connect:
- Wait until the aircraft reaches cruising altitude (above 10,000 ft)
- Connect to the AirFi Wi-Fi network from your device settings
- Open your web browser — the AirFi portal will appear automatically
- Browse movies, TV shows, games, music, magazines, and more
Important: AirFi is not internet access. Online apps, websites, and messaging services are not available through this system.
Upgrading to Business Class

Want a more premium experience? Business Class upgrades may be available depending on route and availability. Enjoy wider seats, complimentary dining, priority boarding, and lounge access.
