Terms & Conditions

Hold My Booking — Full Terms

1. Availability
The service is available only for flights where Cyprus Airways acts as the operating carrier, departing more than 7 days from the time of booking.

2. Hold Period
The holding period is 48 hours from the time the hold is confirmed and the hold fee is paid.

3. Pricing
The hold fee is charged per passenger, per segment. Fees vary by destination: €5 for short- and medium-haul routes, €9 for Dubai (DXB). The service is free for infants not occupying a seat.

4. Non-Refundable
The hold fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including voluntary changes or cancellations by the passenger.

5. Expiry
If the passenger does not proceed to full payment within the holding period, the booking will be automatically released and the hold fee will not be refunded.

6. Changes
In case of voluntary change or voluntary cancellation by the passenger during the hold period, the amount paid for the service will not be refunded.

7. General
Cyprus Airways may amend or withdraw the Hold My Booking service at any time without notice. All bookings are subject to the airline's General Conditions of Carriage as published on cyprusairways.com.
